TUCOEMAS Federal Credit Union provides several opportunities for graduating high school seniors to apply for college scholarships sponsored by various credit union affiliated organizations each year.

CALIFORNIA & NEVADA YOUTH INVOLVEMENT NETWORK SCHOLARSHIP

The California & Nevada Youth Involvement Board will award three $500 scholarships to California & Nevada Youth Involvement Network credit union members.

Scholarship award will be based on an essay, listed below, and a resume of community service and/or extracurricular activities:

What can you or your credit union do to encourage today's youth to join and take advantage of credit union products and services?

Requirements:

• Essay must be typed, double spaced and not exceed two pages
• Resume of extracurricular activities and/or community service not to exceed one page typed
• Student must be equal to, or less than, the age of twenty five years, with a minimum status of a high school senior
• Scholarship to be utilized in conjunction with continuing education at any accredited college, university or trade school
• Student must be a member of their participating credit union
• Student must be in good standing with their credit union
• Student must be in good standing with their high school, college, university or trade school

• Participants will submit essay to TUCOEMAS Federal Credit Union by May 16th, 2008.
