Community Update

I hope this message finds you all well.  As we continue to adapt and adjust to the changing world around us, we want to assure you that we are doing everything we can to serve our community.  Safety is our number one priority, and as we respond to various challenges, please know that we will do our best to keep you aware of our services.

Beginning Monday, July 6th, we have moved all our Visalia branching services to Whitendale as we begin an exciting new phase at the Cypress location.  We have been planning a significant construction project at this location for sometime, and it will be kicking off next week.  The long term result will be increased efficiencies, better branching and a more sustainable operation.  In the short term, it will likely result in some additional patience needed as we attempt to serve everyone at Whitendale.  Please remember that appointments are still being accepted and will receive priority service.  For an appointment at Whitendale, please text (or call) (559) 737-5773.  We'll have more on this new project to come.

As our community continues to face the challenges of this pandemic, be aware that we may need to adjust branch hours in order to provide the best service possible.  We will be adjusting the hours at our Whitendale branch to 9am-5pm, M-F.  We appreciate your understanding and continued support.
