Updated Branch Operations and Hours

Branch and banking services are available via mobile banking, ATMs and any branch location. Walk up service is available at all branches, but priority service is given to those Members with an appointment. To make an appointment, please call or text:

How Tucoemas can help

  •  Skip-a-Pay: fees have been waived to defer loan payment for up to two months
  •  Emergency Personal Loan: this loan program available to existing members that have been affected by COVID-19 which may have resulted in temporary suspension of work due to regional or workplace restrictions, lockdowns, or quarantine. Apply here.
  •  Loan modifications: in many cases, we can work with you adjust the terms of your loan if you're facing financial hardship. Please contact our Resolutions department at: resolution@tucoemas.org or call at: (559) 737-5760
  •  Balance financial counseling: free financial counseling for our Members

Dear Staff, Members and Community,

During these challenging times, it is our highest priority to ensure the health and safety of our members and employees.  The steps we have taken, and will continue to take, are driven by our desire to provide much needed services, while helping to mitigate the transmission of COVID-19.  We are assessing the situation multiple times a day, taking whatever action we deem is necessary.   We are diligently reviewing the latest information from the Centers for Disease Control, World Health Organization and state and local health authorities.

As the situation develops, we want to assure you that we will continue to support your banking needs by providing reliable access to your accounts and the services you depend on.

Precautions:

The following precautions are being taken:
  • Members will notice greater social distancing practices in branches.
  • Our Porterville and Cypress branches are currently closed, however ATM services at all locations are fully operational
  • CO-OP ATMs are also available at Costco and 7-Eleven stores
  • Our Whitendale and Tulare branches are currently open for in-branch services
  • Our Whitendale drive-up is open for extended hours from 8:00-6:00pm
  • Reduced staffing in branches may result in longer wait times.
  • We have increased our sanitizing protocol at all branches

Financial Support:

There are several ways we can support you if you experience financial challenges, including short-term personal loans, loan modifications, financial coaching, and skip-a-pay options for current loans. Please talk to one of our knowledgeable team members for more information.

What You Can Do:

We encourage you to take advantage of our digital and remote services as much as possible:

  • Online Banking and Mobile Banking – The majority of your everyday banking needs can be managed with these tools, including loan payments and bill payments.
  • Online loan applications – Apply for any consumer loan online.
  • ATM network – In addition to TFCU-owned ATMs, we’re part of the CO-OP ® network.
  • Contact Center – Our representatives can help with questions, account transactions and loan applications. Hours are 9:00 am-5:30 pm Mon-Fri.
  • Telephone Banking – Access account and loan information, and transfer or withdraw funds by calling our TellerPhone at: (888) 427-9395

  • Los cajeros automáticos parte del CO-OP están disponible en Costco y 7-Eleven.
  • Nuestra sucursal en Whitendale y Tulare se encuentran abiertas al público.
  • Nuestra ventana de auto-servicio de Whitendale tiene ahora horario extendido de 8 am a 6 pm.
  • Menos empleados en las sucursales podría resultar en tiempos de espera más largos.
  • Hemos incrementado nuestro protocolo de limpieza ydesinfectante en todas las sucursales.
