For several years, our CEO, Brice, has led leadership sessions at ProYouth\u2019s annual team meetings and training events. ProYouth is powered by individuals who are deeply committed to educating, guiding, and supporting the youth in our community.<\/span><\/p>\n

During each visit, Brice has shared insights and facilitated conversations around leadership topics such as \u201cUnderstanding the root of conflict\u201d, \u201cChallenging the status quo\u201d, and \u201cListening to those you serve\u201d, helping shape leaders to be confident, effective, and creators of positive change . His ongoing connection with the ProYouth team served as inspiration to compile his leadership perspective into his recently published book, <\/span>The Tiny Book of Leadership<\/span><\/i>. The book is designed to support individuals and teams in their leadership journeys through what Brice describes as \u201ctiny insights for BIG impact.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Carlos Hernandez, Area Program Manager at ProYouth, shared his perspective: \u201cThank you for the books and for taking the time to speak with my team. They\u2019ve been sharing how much they enjoy your book, especially how relatable the lessons are to both workplace leadership and personal development. I\u2019m finding it to be a practical and engaging read and look forward to finishing it.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

A key factor in the success of nonprofit organizations like Tucoemas, is leadership that is focused on improving the lives and experiences of others.
