Eligibility
Membership is open to people who live, work, worship or attend school in Tulare County, California, and businesses and other legal entities within Tulare County.
These following groups are ALSO eligible for membership
- Spouses of a person who passed away while in our field of membership.
- Our employees, and members of their immediate families, households, and organizations.
“Immediate family” means spouses, children/stepchildren/adopted, siblings/stepsiblings, parents/stepparents, and grandparents/grandchildren. “Household members” are defined as those individuals living in the same residence and maintaining a single economic unit. This definition includes any person who is a permanent member and participates in the maintenance of the household, such as a domestic partner or nanny.
