Nominating Committee Slate of Candidates

The Nominating Committee has submitted the following candidate(s) for election to the Board of Directors:

• Carmen Becerra for 2nd term
• Christopher Juarez

These individuals have been reviewed and are willing to serve if elected.

Nomination by Petition

Members may also nominate candidates by petition. To do so, submit the following no later than 40 days before the Annual Meeting:

• A petition signed by at least 1% of members (minimum 20, maximum 500)
• A brief statement of qualifications and biographical data (150 words or less)
• A signed certificate from the nominee stating they are willing to serve
